• A four-year degree (bachelor’s or global equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years/36 months of project management experience, including 4,500 hours leading and directing projects, and 35 hours of project management education/training.
• PMP exam preparation involves a comprehensive study of the PMBOK® Guide (Project Management Body of Knowledge) and other reference materials. It is recommended to:
• Attend a PMP exam preparation course to gain a deep understanding of the concepts and exam requirements.
• Utilize study guides, practice exams, and online resources to reinforce your knowledge and test your readiness.
• Create a study plan and allocate sufficient time for preparation.
• Take mock exams to assess your progress and identify areas for improvement.

• The PMP exam consists of 180 multiple-choice questions. Out of these, 175 questions are scored, and 5 are pre-test questions that are not scored. • The PMP exam is administered by the Project Management Institute (PMI) through their authorized testing centers. You can locate a testing center near you on the PMI website.
The PMP certification is valid for three years. To maintain your certification, you must earn 60 Professional Development Units (PDUs) during each three-year certification cycle. PDUs can be earned through various professional development activities such as attending seminars, webinars, workshops, and conferences.
